Workforce rewired is a four part program modular program that takes some or all of your talent through a one time or recurring process of assessment, experience, planning and activating

AI Readiness Assesment
Using our proprietary AI powered AI Readiness assessment model, each participant sets a baseline for their AI sentiment, awareness, experience and adaptability

step 2.
Data Analysis and Insights
AI Readiness data is processed using our AI model to identify key insights, development themes, knowledge gaps and "needs" based cohorts

Tailored Learning Experiences
Based on AI readiness findings, workshops are developed for each cohort based on their needs, responsibilities and relevant use-cases. Each workshop focuses on knowledge and hands-on experiences with real world tools and scenarios.
