Terms and Conditions

By signing this Guest Release Form, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership and Use:

   • You acknowledge that Yenza3 Inc. (“Podcaster”) is the sole owner of all rights, titles, and interests in and to the program (referred to as “the Program”) and the recordings created.

   • The Podcaster has the unfettered right to use, distribute, and reproduce the Program for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. This includes your performance, name, sobriquet, biographical sketch, photograph, moving image (video), or likeness.

   • This applies to all media or formats (including any material you provide) worldwide and in perpetuity.

2. ​Materials and Rights:

   • Any materials prepared during the production and distribution of the Program (referred to as “Materials”) will become the sole property of the Podcaster.

   • The Podcaster retains the exclusive right to use and distribute these Materials globally and perpetually for its commercial and non-commercial purposes.

3. No Obligation to Use:

   • The Podcaster is under no obligation to use or exploit any of the rights granted, nor to produce, sell, license, or distribute the Program or related Materials.

4. ​Compensation Waiver:

   • ​You acknowledge and agree that you will receive no compensation for your appearance or participation in the Program.

5. ​Use of Name, Likeness, and Photograph:

   • Your name, likeness, and photograph may be used in connection with the Program and its related promotional or advertising materials.

   • This use does not constitute an endorsement of any product or service.

6. Release of Liability:

   • You release and discharge the Podcaster from any and all liability arising from or connected to the production, making, reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, or transmitting of the Program or Materials by any means.
